Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in the United States.
This remote role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders across Product, Engineering, General & Administrative, and potentially Sales functions.
You will own full-cycle recruitment while helping hiring leaders define talent strategies for both immediate and future workforce needs.
The position combines hands-on sourcing with market intelligence, stakeholder influence, and data-informed recruiting decisions.
You will focus on attracting specialized and hard-to-find talent, including technical professionals across software, cloud, AI/ML, data, and infrastructure.
The role offers the opportunity to improve recruiting processes, leverage AI-enabled tools, and strengthen talent pipelines in a fast-moving technology environment.
Success requires strong organization, curiosity, communication, and the ability to navigate competing priorities with a high degree of independence.
You will also play an important role in delivering an inclusive, engaging, and consistent experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Accountabilities

Partner with hiring leaders to understand business requirements, team dynamics, competencies, success measures, and hiring priorities for each position.

Own full-cycle recruitment across Product/Engineering, General & Administrative, Sales, and other commercial functions as business needs evolve.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized, high-demand, and difficult-to-fill positions.

Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean searches, professional networks, social platforms, referrals, talent communities, market mapping, and applicant tracking systems.

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with anticipated workforce and business requirements.

Provide hiring leaders with market intelligence, talent availability insights, sourcing recommendations, and realistic time-to-fill expectations through regular status updates.

Conduct candidate screening conversations to evaluate relevant experience, capabilities, motivations, and alignment with role requirements.

Establish structured, competency-based interview and assessment processes in partnership with hiring teams.

Manage the candidate journey from initial outreach through offer and disposition, ensuring a consistent, professional, inclusive, and engaging experience.

Collaborate with HR, Talent & Culture, HRIS, Compensation, and other stakeholders to support effective and timely hiring decisions.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, systems, workflows, and stakeholder experiences.

Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives designed to strengthen the organization’s position in competitive talent markets.

Use AI tools and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, workflow efficiency, research, and day-to-day recruiting effectiveness.

Contribute to recruiting projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition programs as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Product/Engineering, General & Administrative, Sales, commercial, or comparable functions.

Recent experience recruiting technical and engineering talent, including areas such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, AI/ML, data science, hardware, or testing.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Demonstrated success recruiting candidates for positions up to Director level using strategic and professional recruiting practices.

Proven ability to source and hire niche, specialized, and hard-to-fill talent in competitive markets, with strong curiosity and research skills.

Experience using AI tools or agents to streamline recruiting activities and improve productivity.

Strong ability to influence hiring leaders and advise them on recruiting strategy, talent availability, market conditions, and hiring expectations.

Experience managing multiple or high-volume requisitions, diverse stakeholder groups, and competing priorities within a complex environment.

Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and market data and translate insights into practical sourcing and hiring strategies.

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational skills, self-direction, adaptability, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings and travel less than 5%.

Experience in software, SaaS, cloud technology, telecommunications, or other high-growth technology environments is preferred.

Experience leading recruiting projects, process improvements, internship recruiting, or broader talent acquisition programs is a plus.

Base salary varies by geographic location:
-
San Francisco Bay Area: $104,700–$157,600 annually.
-
Select U.S. metros and states: $91,000–$137,000 annually.

Other U.S. locations: $81,900–$123,300 annually.

Potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus as part of the total compensation package.
