(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech (f/m/d)
At Moss, we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions.
Our culture is what makes that possible: we play to win, we obsess over quality, and we win as One Moss, and it works. Moss closed a €35 million Series C in August 2026, crossing a €1 billion valuation, and became one of Europe's fintech unicorns. Join us for what's next.
Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner. You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our tech positions, especially across Engineering. Reporting to the TA Director, you will join a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners across Berlin and London, covering every market and every role up to C-suite.
Your responsibilities
Sourcing, screening & managing candidates - identify, attract and engage with talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.
Business Partnering - Own full-cycle hiring for your vertical end to end, from sourcing through offer, across all locations. Work directly with the leadership and hiring managers on all their hiring needs. Develop deep understanding of the businesses you support to help them make better hiring decisions, not just fill vacancies.
Process improvement - Identify opportunities to reduce friction points across the interview process and the candidate journey, and implement experiments and improvements. Share sourcing techniques and hiring intelligence with the wider TA team across verticals and markets.
AI & Tooling - Contribute to making us more efficient and faster by leveraging existing AI workflows and helping us build new ones (Claude, chatGPT, n8n).
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:
Track record sourcing and closing high-calibre and hard-to-reach candidates, including through sourcing and direct outreach.
Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter working across technical roles.
Demonstrated use of AI tools across daily recruiting workflow (a big plus if you're the one building them).
Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
Inquisitive mindset - you ask sharp, insightful questions to really understand stakeholders and candidates
Good judgement - you weigh information and observations to make sound judgement calls in ambiguous situations.
Trustworthy and credible - you manage expectations, and build relationships based on a desire to help and support.
Adaptive communication - you bring structure and clarity to how you present information, and this enables you to guide, advise, and influence those you engage with.
The interview process will include an online assessment as an initial step, followed by an Intro Call, Hiring Manager Call, a Live Case Study and a Final In-person Interview in one of our offices.
