You will play a key role in shaping the recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and delivering excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and client follow-up.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
· Source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
· Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Manage the recruitment process for clients across different regions, focusing on the GCC and USA markets.
· Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future client requirements.
· Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry insights.
· Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and document recruitment activities efficiently.
· Partner with the marketing team to promote Source It’s recruitment services.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or outsourcing firm.
- Strong experience recruiting across multiple industries and functions (white-collar, blue-collar, tech, business support, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Based in Alexandria, Egypt.
