Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cavista Technologies is looking for a driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-lifecycle recruitment, build strategic talent pipelines, and drive our employer branding initiatives!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with core business objectives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while strengthening employer branding.
• Ensure compliant, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices across all selection processes.
• Provide valuable market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, candidate assessments, and ATS tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Hands-on experience leveraging recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) is an added advantage.
