Infopro Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions while partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. Working Hours: This role supports UK business hours. Working hours will generally be approximately 1:00 PM–10:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST, depending on the time of year and UK daylight savings schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
Drive hiring across global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions
Demonstrates strong hands-on expertise in managing global requirements.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, vendor partnerships, and networking channels
Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures
Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports, including metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, conversion rates, and offer-to-join ratios
Ensure strong communication and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing practices
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
Must-Have Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
Experience managing recruitment reporting dashboards and hiring metrics
Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs including TAT, conversion ratios, and candidate drop-offs
Ability to manage both volume hiring and niche skill hiring
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Interest in AI-enabled recruiting tools and evolving talent acquisition practices
What We’re Looking For
Education: MBA in HR or related field from a recognized institute preferred
Experience: 3-5 years of experience specifically in Talent Acquisition/recruitment. Experience should be focused on hiring and recruiting operations rather than generalist HR responsibilities
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ATS platforms, and recruitment reporting tools
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Industry Exposure: Experience supporting hiring for L&D, consulting, IT services, or professional services environments is preferred
