About Influint Influint is a talent management company built for the next generation of creators. We work closely with creators to grow their businesses through strategic brand partnerships, with a focus on long-form content, authentic storytelling, and long-term growth over one-off deals.
About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Talent Manager to own and grow a roster of creators, focusing on long-form content (primarily YouTube) and high-quality brand partnerships. This is a revenue-driving, relationship-heavy role. You’ll be responsible for managing creator relationships, closing brand deals, and building long-term partnerships that align with each creator’s voice and audience. You’ll work closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to turn inbound and outbound opportunities into meaningful, repeatable revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a roster of creators
- Lead brand partnership conversations from pitch → negotiation → close
- Structure deals across YouTube integrations, product placements, and campaigns
- Negotiate rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables
- Identify and pitch new brand opportunities for your creators
- Build long-term partnerships (not just one-off deals)
- Act as the primary point of contact for your creators
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, activations, leadership)
- Maintain clean pipeline tracking and deal documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
- Strong understanding of YouTube and long-form content monetization
- Proven experience negotiating brand deals
- Comfortable owning a revenue target or book of business
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
- Strong instincts for creator-brand fit

- Experience working with creators across multiple categories
- Existing brand relationships
- Experience at a talent agency or influencer marketing company
