Senior Tax Manager

You will manage daily tax compliance, including tax filings, accounting, annual reconciliation, and invoice administration. You will provide tax advice for domestic and international AI products, model APIs, software subscriptions, and technical services. You will support tax due diligence, transaction structuring, R&D tax incentives, policy analysis, and tax-process automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax filings, tax accounting, annual tax reconciliation, and invoice administration
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and identify tax optimization opportunities and risks
• Assess transaction structures, review tax-related contract matters, and calculate tax burdens for business scenarios
• Provide practical tax advice for AI products, model APIs, software subscriptions, and technical services
• Evaluate tax matters related to domestic and overseas operations and financing activities
• Coordinate tax advisors on tax due diligence and transaction-structure design
• Manage R&D tax matters, including R&D expense collection and tax-incentive assessments, filings, and maintenance
• Improve tax-management policies, operating processes, data integration, standardization, and automation
• Monitor domestic and overseas tax-policy changes and provide tax decision support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in taxation, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of tax-related work experience
• Knowledge of major Chinese taxes and corporate tax-management processes
• Ability to independently lead tax projects or modules
• Tax analysis and risk-assessment skills
• Business understanding, communication, coordination, and project-management skills
• English proficiency as a working language
