Senior Tax Manager

Our client is an established audit and advisory firm in Singapore, recognized as part of a top global accounting and consulting network with presence in over 100 countries and 330 business centres.

Job Scope:

• Lead and oversee the firm’s Singapore tax practice across corporate, individual, partnership, GST, withholding tax and stamp duty matters.
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate, SME, multinational and high-net-worth clients.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser on tax and business matters.
• Review complex tax computations, returns and submissions to ensure accuracy and IRAS compliance.
• Advise clients on restructuring, M&A, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, tax incentives and other complex tax matters.
• Represent clients in tax audits, investigations, objections, voluntary disclosures and negotiations with IRAS.
• Identify clients’ business needs and provide practical, commercially focused tax solutions.
• Collaborate with Audit, Advisory, Corporate Secretarial and Accounting teams to deliver integrated services.
• Lead, mentor and develop the tax team while reviewing work across different levels.
• Support staff recruitment, training, performance management and career development.

Job Requirements:

• CA (Singapore), ACCA and/or SCTP Accredited Tax Adviser qualification would be advantag
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax, individual tax and GST regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and developing tax teams.
• Strong track record in client management and growing business relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong commercial awareness.

Working Location: Bendemeer

Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary: $8,500 - $9,500
