Senior TCM Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Senior TCM Therapist to provide professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness treatments and deliver exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional Chinese therapeutic techniques, excellent hands-on skills, and a passion for promoting health and well-being.Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional TCM wellness treatments, including Tuina massage, meridian therapy, lymphatic drainage, herbal heat therapy, cupping, gua sha, and foot reflexology.
• Assess clients' wellness needs and recommend suitable treatment plans.
• Provide personalized health and wellness advice based on TCM principles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Record treatment details and monitor clients' progress.
• Mentor and guide junior therapists when required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine or wellness therapy.
• Strong knowledge of TCM techniques and holistic wellness practices.
• Excellent massage and therapeutic skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Relevant TCM, massage, or wellness certifications are preferred.
