Senior Team Lead (3PL Warehouse)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency and compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor material usage and purchasing activities, and ensure proper stock control and documentation.
• Manage operational expenses, manpower allocation, overtime and resource utilisation to achieve cost-effective warehouse operations.
• Address customer complaints, monitor service performance and ensure operational deliverables meet agreed expectations.
• Review operational workflows, implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate work instructions, records and data processing standards
• Supervise warehouse personnel, conduct on-the-job training and ensure adherence to established procedures and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Business
• 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations with supervisory experience
