Senior Team Lead, Inventory & Operations

📍 Location: ALPS Avenue
💰 Salary: Up to $5,720
🕒 Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6:15pm)

Job Scope

• Lead shift operations while overseeing inventory control, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Act as the WMS Super User, supporting system transactions, inventory accuracy and operational reporting.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve stock integrity.
• Maintain SOPs, support UAT, process changes and warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Supervise team performance and prepare inventory and operational reports using WMS and Excel.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or contract logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation and WMS/ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query/Macros preferred).
• Experience supervising teams and maintaining operational documentation.
