Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:45pm| 8:30am – 6:15pm
Salary Range: $4,180 – $5,720
Job Description
Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution, operational efficiency and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily warehouse operations to meet operational targets and delivery timelines.
- Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, handling, sorting, storage, value-added services, transfer and dispatch of goods.
- Lead, coach and motivate warehouse staff to achieve company, supplier and customer objectives.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, 5S practices and audit requirements.
- Monitor process compliance and ensure accuracy in data processing.
- Perform process evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer feedback and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Plan manpower deployment and overtime arrangements when required.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability.
- Review and improve warehouse procedures and systems where necessary.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
- Initiate system improvement requests when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and operational processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA).
- Experience with operations dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Knowledge in process mapping, value stream mapping and process improvement is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and implementation is an advantage.
