Senior Tech/AE1/Tech II
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimize tester downtime and ensure optimal equipment operation.
- Perform periodic Design Verification (DV) of testers.
- Improve test setup ergonomics and operating efficiency through simplification, integration, and automation.
- Support test yield and testability improvement projects across products.
- Reduce tester over-rejection and improve tester performance.
- Monitor tester performance using SPC.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping requirements.
- Apply Risk-Based Thinking in task planning and execution.
- Authorized to stop any tester with quality or safety concerns.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, company rules, regulations, and applicable codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirement:
| Education: | Diploma of in Electrical/Electronics, ,Computer Engineering or relevant.

| Experience: | At least 1 year of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
