Senior Tech Lead / Full-Stack & DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Summary
Hands-on tech lead who sets architecture and drives delivery for complex digital/e-commerce platforms at global-client scale, coordinating international developers while still coding. Core stack: JavaScript, Node.js, React (frontend), Java (backend), AWS/Azure/GCP cloud, and DevOps tooling like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
In this hands-on leadership role you guide architectural decisions and drive delivery for complex digital and e-commerce platforms. You will coordinate international development teams, shape scalable solutions, and contribute to implementation efforts. The position blends architecture, technical project leadership, and frontline coding to ensure high-quality, end-to-end outcomes. You’ll work in an agile, international environment and help translate business goals into robust technical strategies. - Very strong frontend expertise with JavaScript, Node.js, and React
- Backend development experience, ideally with Java
- Solid ability to understand and evolve architectures
- Experience with Cloud Systems (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
- Hands-on mentality with active contribution to solutions
- Understanding of DevOps practices and modern delivery (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, CI/CD)
