Senior Tech Lead -.Net Fullstack

<div><div>Position: Senior Tech Lead - .Net Core + FullStack<br />Experience: 10–12+ years in software development, with technical leadership experience.</div><div>Location- Pune (Hybrid)</div><div><br /></div><div>Lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable US healthcare applications.</div><div>Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA, architects, and client stakeholders.</div><div>Provide technical estimates, manage development priorities, and mitigate technical risks.</div><div>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.</div><div>AI Assisted coding experience </div></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API, Background Jobs.</div><div>Strong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.</div><div>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Functions, Storage, Queues, App service, Networking and application deployment.</div><div>Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.</div><div>Experience implementing authentication and authorization using Auth0.</div><div>Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and role-based access control.</div><div>Design and develop RESTful APIs, third party integrations and integrate frontend applications with backend services.</div><div>Define technical architecture understanding, design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.</div><div>Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor development team members.</div><div>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, automated testing, and deployment processes.</div><div>Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability.</div><div>Implement secure coding practices, encryption, access controls, and audit logging.</div><div>Understanding of HIPAA compliance and protection of Protected Health Information (PHI).</div><div>Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR is preferred.</div><div>AI Assisted coding experience is needed with GitHub copilot.</div><div>Preferred: Experience delivering enterprise applications for US healthcare clients using Azure and .NET technologies.</div>
