Salary: ₱130,000 – ₱140,000 per month
About the role
FMC Research Solutions is looking for a Senior Tech Lead (Solutions Architect) to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive full-stack development experience, a strong background in software architecture, and a passion for mentoring teams and solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture and system solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while enforcing development standards.
Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Lead an AI-centric approach to solution design and development, integrating AI/ML capabilities and emerging technologies to enhance automation, efficiency, scalability, and overall system performance.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development.
5 years as Solution Architect or Technical lead role.
Demonstrates patriotism, integrity, civic responsibility, and a commitment to using technology for the benefit of the organization and country.
Strong proficiency in Python, React, and RESTful API development.
Experience designing scalable software architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
