Senior Technical Architect - Consultant

Talent 360 is hiring a Senior Technical Architect to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced architect with a strong consultancy background and expertise in technical design, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, BIM workflows, and technical standards, with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality architectural solutions across complex projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Architect at Talent 360, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing architectural technical drawings, construction details, and project documentation. You will coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design accuracy, compliance with applicable codes, and smooth project execution.

• Prepare and review architectural technical drawings, detailed plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and technical specifications.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical design issues.
• Review architectural drawings and identify design conflicts, discrepancies, and coordination requirements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support clash detection and resolution.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of architectural deliverables.
• Provide technical solutions to design and construction-related challenges.
• Manage assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation in line with project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural technical design.
• Proven experience working with an engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical documentation, and building systems.
• Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Good knowledge of applicable local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
