Provided technical leadership and architectural governance for a large-scale public sector discovery focused on enabling secure data sharing and integration across multiple external organisations.

• Led the technical architecture workstream, defining solution boundaries, identifying risks, and assessing technical feasibility.
• Designed cloud-native architecture patterns across AWS and Azure, including APIs, integration services, and scalable data platforms.
• Established security, identity, and governance frameworks to support compliance, assurance, and approval processes.
• Collaborated with delivery, data, and product teams to shape operating models and technical solutions.
• Guided prototyping activities, ensuring solutions were technically viable and aligned to long-term architectural strategy.
• Defined technical success measures, pilot approaches, and architecture outputs required for progression into the next delivery phase.
• Presented architectural recommendations and risk assessments to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
