As a Senior Technical Business Analyst – MFA and IAM Expertise, you will be working for our client, a global leader in cybersecurity and identity management solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment of advanced MFA technologies, including FIDO-based approaches, supporting large-scale global initiatives. Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement sessions through workshops and interviews, capturing detailed documentation and managing ongoing changes.
  • Facilitate gap analysis, translating findings into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable requirements.
  • Support technology assessments with service owners, documenting requirements, constraints, and impacts related to MFA, passwordless, and FIDO adoption.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT, IAM specialists, cybersecurity teams, and operations to gather aligned requirements.
  • Present project progress, key decisions, and outcomes in stakeholder forums, effectively communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Produce and maintain process maps, user journey documentation, and current vs. future state flows for MFA solutions, including exception and fallback procedures.
  • Work with project managers and IAM teams to support scope definition, dependencies, and planning for proofs of concept, pilots, and global rollouts.
  • Support large global deployment initiatives — including readiness planning, communications, training, operational impact analysis, and cutover strategies.
  • Maintain programme documentation in Confluence and Jira, and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
  • Track project actions, RAID log entries, and decisions to ensure momentum, transparency, and audit readiness.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business or IT Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Strong analysis and process mapping expertise.
  • Proven experience supporting large global deployments, especially of MFA or authentication solutions.
  • Worked closely with engineers, developers, and operational teams.
  • Confident in engaging senior stakeholders, and able to challenge and clarify complex requirements.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, with an aptitude for improving team workflows.
  • Knowledge of MFA and phishing-resistant authentication, including FIDO-based approaches.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Financial services experience, particularly within banking or insurance sectors.
  • Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Data skills including cleansing, mapping, and transforming data to support stakeholder communication.

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent English (good command required).
