Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to discuss, gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Support system analysis activities within the acquiring domain.
- Work closely with customers and project teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Work in shifts aligned with the MENA region and project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in a Consultant or Business Analyst role.
- Experience in customer-facing activities, particularly requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience as a System Analyst in the acquiring domain.
- Willingness to work shifts aligned with the MENA region and project cycle.
