Senior Technical Consultant - Lebanon

The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership across multiple software development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on one or more projects simultaneously
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Participate in code reviews
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Provide the client with expertise in one or more areas (software architecture, technical expertise)
• Work with the project manager
• Lead client missions
• To be a reference in his field of expertise for all consultants and managers
• Run internal trainings
• Ongoing pursuit of knowledge and build more expertise
• Participate in the recruitment and co-opt future employees
• Advise and lead teams
• Apply methodologies adapted to client expectations

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Présentation Skills
• +5 years of experience in software development
• Salesforce knowledge / Salesforce Certification is a plus
• Good Communication Skills
• Professional level in English
• Time management / Estimation
• Project Management experience (tools, methodologies)
• Team Management approach
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexible to travel for business projects
