Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Years of experience: 6+ years
- Technical knowledge: system administration, good knowledge in Windows, Linux, and networking (infrastructure support background)
- Good troubleshooting skills including networking and system administration.
- Customer support job experience.
