Senior / Technical Executive (Electronic Systems)

Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective servicing for electronic security installations.
- Coordinate with end-users and stakeholders to address operational or technical concerns in a timely manner.
- Support team leads in organizing daily service activities, including task allocation and on-site execution.
- Handle routine client communications and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Assist in diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring systems are restored within agreed timelines.
- Adapt service approach based on site requirements and operational needs to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all maintenance and installation works adhere to workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
- Undertake additional technical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- NITEC or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in servicing or maintaining electronic/security-related systems.
- Familiarity with surveillance, access control, alarm, or integrated security solutions will be advantageous.
- Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues.
