Senior Technical Lead Enterprise Application And Solution Architecture
Description
Responsibilities:
• Define and govern architecture, design, and engineering standards by establishing guidelines and reviewing designs to ensure consistency, quality, and maintainability across applications.
• Review and approve major technical designs and architectural decisions by evaluating proposals for scalability, performance, and alignment to reduce risks and deliver robust solutions.
• Own system stability, integrity, and technical debt management by monitoring issues and coordinating resolution of complex technical risks to maintain reliable and uninterrupted applications.
• Support in planning by prioritizing multiple projects or applications to ensure delivery quality aligns with organizational objectives.
• Govern design documentation standards across teams and maintain application designs by reviewing HLD/LLD and documentation for owned components to ensure clarity, consistency, and long-term maintainability.
• Guide long-term technical roadmap and modernization initiatives by analyzing technology trends and aligning solutions with business strategy to ensure future-ready applications.
• Monitor cross-functional full-stack development teams using APEX, Node.js, Angular, and SQL/PLSQL by coordinating development, architecting, designing, and implementing multi-service applications to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technical direction by collaborating on requirements and solution planning to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
Experience:
7 – 10 years of experience in software application development.
Knowledge:
• Advanced understanding of enterprise application architecture and cross-system integration.
• Strong knowledge of REST services, API governance, and integration strategies.
• Broad technical understanding across backend, frontend, database, and integration technologies used within the organization.
• Knowledge of system scalability, performance tuning, security governance, and technical risk management.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, deployment models, and operational considerations.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and ability to assess their relevance to business strategy.
