Senior Technical Lead - Generative AI

Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI and Agentic AI Senior Technical Lead with strong design and hands-on development experience across Microsoft Azure AI services, multi-agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, RAG, APIs, and cloud-native engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead detailed design and hands-on development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions on Azure using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, and LangGraph.

- Design agent workflows covering planning, reasoning, state, memory, tool invocation, and failure recovery.

- Design and develop enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL with pgvector.

- Convert architecture into low-level designs, component boundaries, API contracts, and implementation plans.

- Lead enterprise development using Python, FastAPI, Django, and asynchronous programming.

- Define engineering standards for modular code, testing, secure coding, and documentation.

- Conduct detailed design and code reviews and make technical decisions for complex components.

- Guide Technical Leads and developers through design discussions, coding, and production readiness.

Required Skills :

- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science with 8-12 years of experience.

- Strong design and hands-on development experience delivering enterprise AI/ML or GenAI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Advanced Python development using FastAPI or Django, microservices, and distributed-system patterns.

- Expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector retrieval, and multi-agent orchestration.

- Knowledge of Azure identity, RBAC, Key Vault, and private networking.
