📍 Location: Mapletree Business City (Hybrid)
📄 Employment: 2-Year Contract (Under Recruit Express)
💰 Salary: Up to $10,000/month (Exceptional candidates slightly above budget may still be considered)
🎁 Completion Bonus: 1.5 Months' Salary at the end of every 12 months
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• Hybrid Work Arrangement
✈️ Travel Requirement:
• Approximately 10–20% regional travel (China, India & Australia)
• Comfortable attending occasional evening meetings with global stakeholders
What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead API technical activities across global external manufacturing network and represent Global Technology & Engineering within cross-functional project teams
• Drive API source change projects, technology transfers, and qualification of new Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs)
• Lead complex technical investigations involving API manufacturing, process, analytical, and product quality issues
• Manage cross-functional project teams, project timelines, stakeholder communications, and technical governance activities
• Review manufacturing documentation, technical reports, process data, validation documents, and product specifications to support manufacturing excellence
• Drive Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs) and support process optimisation, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency
• Support change management, API specifications, process validation, risk assessments (FMEA), and technical documentation reviews
• Evaluate supplier performance and collaborate with external manufacturing partners to improve quality, compliance, and operational performance
• Work closely with Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Development, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project execution
