Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (mandatory)
  
• Postgraduate qualification — advantageous
  
• Professional certifications (preferred):
  
  • Credit Risk/Banking: CFA, FRM, or equivalent
    
  • Product Management: Agile Product Owner
    
  • Data/Decisioning: Machine Learning or Data Analytics certifications
    
  • Cloud/Platform certifications
    

Requirements

Relevant Experience

• 10–12 years' experience in product management or credit technology, with at least 5+ years in senior product ownership
  
• Proven track record delivering credit/lending platforms (origination, decisioning, loan servicing)
  
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management, lending workflows, and regulatory requirements
  
• Experience with decisioning engines (FICO, Experian, Provenir), credit bureau integrations, and APIs
  
• Exposure to digital lending models, embedded credit, BNPL, and alternative credit scoring
  
• Prior experience in regulated industries (banking, fintech, financial services) preferred

• Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle — origination, decisioning, servicing, collections
  
• Ability to balance risk management, compliance, and customer experience
