Senior Technical Product Manager

(AI-First, Enterprise SaaS)

About Us :

We are a mission-driven software company that has defined the global standard for technical due diligence. As the trusted partners for global private equity firms and consultancies, we have spent years helping leaders navigate the complexities of codebase health at a massive scale.

Our core philosophy is simple: we believe that great software is built when technical excellence meets clear business strategy. This belief drives everything we do as we bridge the gap between deep technical execution and executive-level decision-making.
The company is now building a next-generation product that helps product and engineering teams ideate, plan, build, and communicate more effectively across the organization. This is where the role of Senior Technical Product Manager comes in.

Why Work Here
  • Flat, highly collaborative teams where engineers and product managers are deeply involved in shaping the product, not siloed into task execution.

  • Strong engineering and product culture built around continuous delivery and rapid iteration.

  • Minimal bureaucracy: no unnecessary rituals, politics, or process for process’ sake. The team experiments, keeps what works, and removes what doesn’t.

  • High ownership and impact — product decisions directly shape the direction of the platform.

What Is This Job About?

The Senior Technical Product Manager owns multiple feature areas of the product. This is a building PM role, not a strategy-only role.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Customer-to-prototype in hours, not weeks

    • Actively participate in customer calls

    • Identify customer needs in real time

    • Personally build clickable prototypes using customer data with AI tools (e.g. Claude)

    • This is a core competency — if the PM cannot do this themselves, they cannot do the role

  • Full feature ownership

    • Track every customer conversation related to owned features.

    • Own epics end-to-end

    • Move work from backlog to board through delivery

  • Engineer-first product design

    • Everything shipped must be neutral-to-positive for engineers

    • Design instinctively for engineer happiness as well as user value

  • Deep collaboration with engineering

    • Co-create epics with engineers

    • Guide engineers as they break epics into stories

    • Stay engaged throughout execution

  • Meticulous customer analysis

    • Rigorous review of customer meetings

    • Identify both explicit and implicit product signals

  • Customer ownership (non-sales)

    • Act as primary point of contact for selected beta customers

    • Strong communication skills and accountability for customer success

What Makes Someone Credible in This Role?
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools

    • Actively uses tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar

    • Has built working prototypes, analyzed data, or created product artifacts

    • Can show real examples

  • AI-first product mindset

    • Understands how AI fundamentally changes the PM role

    • Uses AI to expand capacity, not just as a novelty

    • Motivated to reach mastery in AI-assisted product development

  • Strong technical and data fluency

    • Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and data structures

    • Able to work with tools like JIRA data and shape it into realistic prototypes

    • Does not need to code, but understands software systems deeply

  • Enterprise SaaS experience (preferred)

    • Familiar with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

    • Experience with “prove it with my data” buyer behavior

    • Exposure to selling into engineering organizations is a plus

Cognitive Non-Negotiables
  • Exceptionally sharp thinker who connects dots quickly and reframes problems

  • Deeply numerate, with strong intuition for trade-offs and flawed assumptions

  • Natural organizer who instinctively brings structure to ambiguity and chaos

Capability Non-Negotiables (Deal Breakers)
  • Cannot personally prototype using AI tools

  • Traditional PM mindset focused on writing requirements and handing off

  • Lacks genuine curiosity and experimentation with AI

  • Requires high levels of structure, detailed roadmaps, or clear swim lanes to operate

  • Uncomfortable inventing features live in customer conversations

Location
  • European time zones are strongly preferred

  • US East Coast acceptable
