Senior Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations (all genders)

We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations, to join our Supply domain, more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonising data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scaling our business; therefore, our focus is on innovation and automation.

What you will do:

  • Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities

  • Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)

  • Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia

  • Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions

  • Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)

Who you are:

  • 4+ years or more of professional experience in Product Management.

  • Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products).

  • Must have: experience working with PICO API, OSDM or other European rail carriers and transportation industry standards.

  • Strong stakeholder experience with the ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives).

  • Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.

  • Experience working with complex products (advantage).

  • Good management skills (product, process, project, people management).

  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.

  • Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Ready to lead (experience a plus): you may have already managed a small team of technical PMs or analysts. If not, you're excited to start. You know how to coach, unblock, and grow people while staying close to the work
