Summary
The Senior Technical Program Manager leads SSD development programs through the product lifecycle, managing cross-functional execution, schedule alignment, and risk mitigation. The role involves coordinating global teams and utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and AI-assisted platforms to ensure efficient hardware development and delivery.
Main Responsibilities
Lead SSD development programs through product lifecycle milestones, readiness reviews, build planning, and execution governance.
Drive schedule alignment, milestone tracking, dependency management, and cross-functional execution across global teams.
Hold teams accountable for committed deliverables, action-item closure, boundary agreements, and phase-exit requirements.
Coordinate build readiness, material availability, sample logistics, operational priorities, and execution plans.
Lead integrated program reviews and maintain visibility of schedule, risk, quality, cost, and delivery readiness metrics.
Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, issue escalation, decision tracking, and change management activities.
Coordinate DFMEA activities across SSD functions and ensure system-level risks and mitigation actions are actively managed.
Other Responsibilities
Partner with SSD TPMs, process owners, site stakeholders, and functional leaders to improve development workflows and operating mechanisms.
Capture lessons learned and drive corrective actions that improve program predictability, quality, and delivery performance.
AI Responsibilities
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Fosters adoption of AI-enabled tools such as Copilot and similar productivity platforms to improve engineering collaboration and execution efficiency.
Qualifications
B.Sc. or higher in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Over 3 years’ experience in technical program management, manufacturing readiness, NPI, hardware development, semiconductor development, or related technology fields.
Technical Skills
SSD product lifecycle management and program execution.
Program planning, milestone tracking, readiness reviews, and risk management.
Hardware or semiconductor development processes and system-level integration.
Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
Soft Skills
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Influence without authority and accountability-driven execution.
Structured problem-solving and risk-based decision-making.
Clear communication across technical and leadership audiences.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SSD, storage, semiconductor product development, or manufacturing execution environments.
Knowledge of PLM, phase-exit governance, build readiness processes, and customer qualification activities.
