We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.

Senior Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development projects for Enclustra modules and baseboards, from approved specification to validated product release.
- Plan and manage project scope, resources, budget, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure successful execution.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks and escalations, and facilitate resolution of technical and organizational challenges.
- Ensure successful product validation, release readiness, and completion of all required technical and manufacturing documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex product development projects in electronics, embedded systems, or FPGA-based products.
- Proven track record of delivering hardware and software products from concept through validation and production release.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
