At Bloom Digitals, we are looking for a high-performing Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for high-demand international US clients.
📌 Non-Negotiable Requirements:
🧠 7+ years of total experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
🎯 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Pure Headhunting & Outbound Sourcing (hunting passive Senior Engineers & specialized niche roles).
💼 Proven Offer Closing Skills: Strong track record in direct salary/rate negotiations, managing candidate expectations, and dismantling counteroffers.
🗣️ Advanced English (C1/C2): Fluent communication to negotiate seamlessly with US stakeholders and global candidates.
🔥 What You’ll Do:
Direct Market Headhunting: Map niche tech markets and bypass job boards to attract passive, high-caliber tech talent.
Full-Cycle Search: Lead pre-screening, technical mapping, and deep candidate evaluations.
Deal-Making & Closing: Partner closely with international clients to lead salary negotiations and secure successful placements.
