Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical hiring and help build high-performing remote and hybrid engineering teams. You will source, screen, and close top technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers. This is an on-site role based in NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, data, product, infrastructure, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, communities, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and offer strategies
- Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
- Track pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire; continuously improve processes
- Support remote employee management and onboarding coordination where needed
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical needs
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and high-touch candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience (preferably in tech companies or high-growth environments)
- Proven track record of hiring and supporting remote technical talent
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with engineering and product leaders
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to work on-site in New York City
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for software engineering, data science, DevOps, or similar technical roles
- Familiarity with remote work policies, distributed team management, and onboarding best practices
- Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000 USD per year
Final compensation will depend on experience, interview performance, and internal equity. Competitive benefits package included.
