Senior Technical Solutions Engineer - Server Infrastructure & Advanced Tech

About the Role
We are seeking an SF Bay Area-based Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to serve as our front line Technical Window. Your core focus will be on system infrastructure, and advanced technologies engagement and discussion (e.g., L6–L10 chassis mechanicals, L11 rack architectures, busbar/power shelves, and liquid cooling manifolds). You will be frequently present on-site with the client’s Design Core Team—listening to their pain points, tracking advanced technology trends, and building lasting professional trust.
Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Technical Window & On-site Presence:

o Serve as the primary technical contact for the client’s Design Core Team in the Bay Area, maintaining a strong and approachable on-site presence.
o Regularly visit client sites in the Sunnyvale/Santa Clara area to build trust and ensure seamless alignment.

• Technical Alignment & Exchange:

o Engage in active technical discussions with the client's Design Core Team to align on system architectures, design tradeoffs, and technical feasibility.
o Synthesize technical feedback and requirements from client technical leads, bridging complex discussions with internal engineering and R&D teams.

• Advanced Tech Alignment & Trust Building:

o Proactively track trends in high-density datacenter infrastructure (e.g., liquid cooling sidecars, high-power density racks, modular design…etc).
o Build long-term technical credibility and relationships with client engineering.
Qualifications

• System Integration & Infrastructure Understanding (System Generalist):

o Solid system-level understanding (System Integration) of server chassis (L6/L10), rack architectures (L11), and physical infrastructure.
o Broad, cross-domain technical literacy: You do not need to be a deep specialist in every field, but you must be a broad generalist who can understand and converse fluently with the client’s Technical Leads and Design Core Team

• Technical Fluency & Cross-Domain Communication:

o Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills.
o Acts as an effective "technical translator" who can synthesize feedback from the client's Design Core Team and bridge them with internal R&D teams.

• Location & Mobility:

o Must be located in or near Sunnyvale / Santa Clara, CA for regular client site check-ins and relationship building.
