Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Harness CI/CD to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale DevOps pipelines and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CI/CD implementation, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerisation, and release automation. The role will focus on building scalable, secure, and resilient deployment pipelines that accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
- Implement Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment practices.
- Automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Integrate Harness with source control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.
- Manage infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and container platforms.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to streamline releases.
- Monitor pipeline performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Implement DevSecOps controls, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and production issues.
- Maintain build and release documentation and operational procedures.
- Support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives.
- Designing, developing, and implementing robust devops solutions to enhance automation and efficiency in software development processes.
- Utilizing python programming skills to create and maintain scripts and tools for system administration and automation tasks.
- Managing and optimizing kubernetes clusters to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate devops best practices and automate deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to devops, python, and kubernetes environments.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in devops, python, and kubernetes to drive continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (iac) practices with tools like terraform or cloudformation.
- Solid understanding of ci/cd pipelines and best practices for software delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Other Requirements
- Relevant certifications in devops, python, or kubernetes would be a plus.
