Senior Technical Support Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with external vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy of meter readings and related records.
• Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints relating to metering matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and investigate meter reading discrepancies to ensure accurate billing.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of in-house meters, ensuring sufficient stock and accurate, up-to-date records.
• Coordinate daily workflows with vendors and internal departments for periodic meter readings, meter details and related activities.
• Participate in job rotation within the Contract Administration function to gain broader exposure and understanding of related operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely meter readings and records.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues relating to metering, readings and billing discrepancies.
• Investigate and troubleshoot meter reading errors to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution.
• Manage the inventory of in-house meters, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate, up-to-date records.
• Coordinate daily operational workflows relating to tenants’ periodic meter readings, meter information and related activities.
• Monitor outstanding cases and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for metering activities and transactions.
• Support the Contract Administration function through job rotation and assist with related administrative and operational duties as required.
