Key Responsibilities

Lead Complex Troubleshooting

· Diagnose and resolve advanced electrical, electronic, mechanical, and IoT-related faults.

· Act as the escalation point for challenging technical issues.

· Provide guidance and support to field technicians facing complex machine problems.

Improve Reliability & Performance

· Investigate recurring faults and perform detailed root-cause analysis.

· Identify trends and recommend solutions that improve uptime and performance

· Translate technical findings into practical recommendations for operational and product improvements.

Help Shape Future Products

· Contribute to machine design improvements and reliability initiatives.

· Provide input on component selection, testing, and maintenance strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Requirements

· 5+ years' experience troubleshooting electronic, electrical, automation, or electromechanical systems

· Experience performing root-cause analysis and technical investigations

· Ability to independently diagnose complex technical faults

· Strong understanding of electronics, electrical circuits, motors, sensors, relays, and control systems

· Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
