Senior Technician, Equipment Maintenance

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Thực hiện tất cả các yêu cầu hạng mục bảo trì ngăn ngừa được hình thành trên phần mèm bảo trì Cogz để ngăn ngừa tối đa việc máy hư hỏng
• Các máy móc hư hỏng được sắp xếp phù hợp để sửa chữa máy
• Báo cáo cho kỹ sư bảo trì cơ sở hạ tầng nhà xưởng nếu hỏng hóc xảy ra đối với hệ thống nhiệt độ trong nhà xưởng vượt khung yêu cầu, hệ thồng nén khi cấp vào sự cố, hệ thống nước DI sự cố, hệ thống báo cháy nhà xưởng sự cố…
• Hỗ trợ cung cấp giải pháp kỹ thuật cho sản xuất , kỹ sư qui trình liên quan các thiết bị máy móc ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả thiết bị và nâng cao chu kỳ phục vụ

Education & Experience

• Trung cấp hoặc cao đẳng các chuyên ngành điện, điện công nghiệp và điện lạnh, cơ khí, cơ điện tử, kỹ thuật bảo kỹ.
• Tối thiểu có kinh nghiệm 6 năm làm việc bảo trì điện sửa chữa và bảo trì ngăn ngừa.

Skills

• Maintenance Technician with a strong hands-on background in electronics manufacturing plants. expert in on-site troubleshooting and rapid repair of SMT production lines, including JUKI, BTU, and GKG equipment. Proven ability to handle complex technical tasks. Experienced in working within strict cleanroom environments, ensuring all HVAC and cleaning line systems. Highly proactive in performing preventive maintenance rounds, diagnosing root causes on the spot, and maintaining accurate technical logs to ensure zero-interruption production
• Work effectively with other members in production line,EHS,QA
