Senior Technician

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to join our team in Kuwait, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can ensure optimal functionality of all kitchen systems, support junior technicians, and contribute to excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of commercial kitchen appliances and equipment. - Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. - Install and commission new commercial kitchen equipment following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. - Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team skills and performance. - Collaborate with customers to understand equipment issues and provide professional service and advice. - Maintain accurate service records and report on work completed and parts used. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.

- Proven experience as a technician in the commercial kitchen equipment industry or equivalent technical field. - Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repair. - Ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally. - Flexibility to handle emergency call-outs and work extended hours when needed. - Relevant technical certifications or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
