Job Scope

Perform assembly and testing of complex semiconductor equipment and modules.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic system issues.
Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation and engineering changes.
Review work instructions, maintain MES records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Must have 2 years of experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing or semiconductor production
Able to interpret engineering drawings and follow technical work instructions.
