Senior Technology Architect - Developer Experience
Responsibilities:
Define and evolve the technical architecture for DevEx capabilities across DSV.
Design reusable engineering patterns, reference architectures, golden paths, and self-service solutions.
Support adoption of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) through architecture guidance, reusable templates, infrastructure building blocks, and developer-facing platform capabilities.
Provide architectural direction for CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud-native development, and developer tooling.
Drive adoption of enterprise DevOps toolchain standards and ensure consistency across engineering workflows.
Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Architecture, Security, and Product Teams to align DevEx solutions with enterprise platform capabilities.
Provide hands-on architectural enablement through targeted engagements with Product Teams, helping accelerate platform adoption, engineering maturity, and implementation of enterprise standards.
Establish technical guardrails, governance principles, and reusable engineering standards that simplify development and increase consistency.
Evaluate emerging engineering technologies, including AI-assisted development, Agentic AI, AIOps, and intelligent automation, where they create measurable value.
Support integration of security, quality, compliance, and software supply chain controls into developer workflows.
Share architectural guidance through documentation, workshops, technical coaching, and engineering communities.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Software Engineering
Strong expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and cloud-native technologies
Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, or similar
Good understanding of Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
Experience designing scalable architectures, reusable engineering patterns, platform integrations, and self-service solutions
Knowledge of AI-driven engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, Agentic AI, and AIOps
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
Understanding of DevSecOps, software supply chain security, and engineering governance
Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure, including cloud platforms, containerization, networking, storage, virtualization, and observability
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Fluent English, both written and spoken
