The Business Analyst will be responsible for producing project deliverables, test case creation, testing, and business rules analysis. | |
Responsibilities | |
Responsibility 1 | Leading /facilitating client and internal project meetings |
Responsibility 2 | Preparing meeting documentation |
Responsibility 3 | Producing and distribute meeting minutes |
Responsibility 4 | Working with the client and technical team to verify requirements, define specifications, and create the Requirements Analysis Documentation |
Responsibility 5 | Working with the technical team to create the Design Documentation |
Responsibility 6 | Creating Test Cases Documentation |
Responsibility 7 | Performing testing and create Test Results Documentation |
Responsibility 8 | Supporting Team Lead and Project Manager with other duties as assigned |
Responsibility 9 | Working with developers on data mapping |
Requirements (Skill/Experience) | |
Requirement 1 | Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, technology, or statistics |
Requirement 2 | 5+ years of experience as a healthcare Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst |
Requirement 3 | Experience with project deliverables including requirements analysis documentation, technical design |
Requirement 4 | Experience with Testing and defect tracking |
Requirement 5 | Experience in working with data files and data mapping |
Requirement 6 | Experience in running simple SQL queries |
Requirement 7 | Experience in Medicaid, Medicare or Health Insurance industry |

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 - $104,000. |
