Senior Technology Designer
On behalf of our client, a leading MEP and Technology consultancy headquartered in Las Vegas, we are seeking a Senior ICT Designer to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role, with four days per week in-office (Monday to Thursday) and a half-day remote schedule on Fridays.
The successful candidate will contribute to the design and coordination of technology systems across a diverse portfolio of projects—including critical facilities, healthcare, aviation, corporate interiors, sports and entertainment venues, and educational buildings.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and engineering of technology systems, including telecom, IT, audio-visual, and security systems.

Prepare system layouts and technical documentation using CAD and/or Revit.

Conduct field inspections to document existing conditions and inform system design.

Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, client representatives, and internal teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs.

Assist senior team members in project planning, resource allocation, and construction administration.

Participate in QA/QC processes and ensure adherence to company and project standards.

Develop specifications, system narratives, and technical reports.

Contribute to technical research and present design concepts or methodologies when required.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3.5 years of relevant ICT or low-voltage systems design experience.

Proficient in CAD and Revit for system layout and documentation.

Familiarity with MS Office 365, Bluebeam, and industry-specific tools.

Understanding of structured cabling, network fundamentals (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi infrastructure, and related ICT disciplines.

Experience with aviation-sector projects is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, EIA/TIA).
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as RCDD, CTS, CTS-D, or equivalent.

Experience with LEED projects or sustainability-focused design is a plus.

Ability to progress designs independently or under the direction of senior staff.
