About the role
This position involves managing the operational health and release cycles for DevHome and related partner platforms. You will bridge the gap between software development and infrastructure maintenance to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient system performance.

What you'll do
- Oversee DevHome operations, including partner onboarding support and end-to-end release execution.
- Manage Android and iOS release processes such as rollouts, cherry-picks, rollbacks, and submission tracking.
- Address operational escalations regarding partner access, configuration requests, and documentation publishing.
- Execute production changes across Go services, React/Docusaurus interfaces, and secret management systems.
- Manage AWS infrastructure via Terraform, including GitLab runners and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
- Perform incident response and performance troubleshooting using Datadog and Kibana.
- Handle infrastructure lifecycle tasks like AMI rotation, EC2 maintenance, and migration to MEKS.
- Build automation scripts and internal tools to minimize manual release and operational tasks.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Product, and Business Development to facilitate platform launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, TechOps, or release engineering.
- Proficiency in Go for navigating and updating large monorepos.
- Experience with production change management and mobile application release cycles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Terraform and AWS services like Route53 and Security Groups.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service-mesh networking.
- Ability to debug CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and secret management tools like HashiCorp Vault.
- Familiarity with React and Docusaurus for portal and documentation maintenance.
- Experience with Datadog, Kibana, and log-based telemetry analysis.
- Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and partner-facing platform support.
