About the role
At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for professionals with experience in Teradata Database / Teradata Vantage to join projects involving the management, evolution, and optimization of enterprise data platforms.
We are looking for profiles with experience in ETL/ELT development, Data Warehouse, and processing large volumes of information, capable of participating in the design, maintenance, and performance improvement of solutions based on Teradata.
What you'll do
Development and maintenance of ETL/ELT processes.
Design and evolution of data integration solutions.
Development of:
Stored Procedures
Views
Macros
Advanced SQL Scripts
Management of massive data loads and extractions.
Optimization of queries and database performance.
Analysis of execution plans (EXPLAIN).
Administration and optimization of statistics, partitions, and indices.
Incident resolution in production environments.
Process automation through Shell Scripting.
Monitoring and execution of batch processes.

Experience in Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting.
Experience in log analysis, troubleshooting, and SLA compliance.
Nice to have
Experience as a Teradata DBA.
Knowledge of process automation.
Experience in high-volume corporate data environments.
Participation in analytical platform modernization projects.
