Join an enterprise technical delivery team driving quality across critical ServiceNow (TSP) and SaaS platforms. This role suits a hands-on, proactive Senior Test Analyst who thrives in Agile environments and brings strong end-to-end testing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end test planning, scenario/case development, execution, and test maintenance.
Execute detailed tests, meticulously matching actual to expected results and documenting findings.
Manage bugs and defects through to resolution via structured defect management processes.
Deliver within fast-paced Agile sprint cycles and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams, quality leads, and stakeholders to maintain high testing standards.
Technical & Professional Requirements
SaaS & ServiceNow: Proven experience testing enterprise SaaS applications; direct experience testing within the ServiceNow ecosystem (TSP) is highly preferred.
Tooling: Strong hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and the Xray Test Management tool.
Test Delivery: Advanced skills in test scenario design, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, sprint planning, and ceremonies.
Soft Skills: Highly proactive, exceptional written and verbal communication, and a strong track record of building positive relationships with technical teams and customer stakeholders.
