Senior Test Automation Engineer
Our partner is an international technology-driven organization strengthening its internal engineering capabilities to support business-critical systems and long-term digital transformation initiatives. Their teams are focused on improving operational excellence, platform reliability, and engineering ownership across a complex global technology landscape. As part of this journey, they are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to help drive quality excellence across business-critical software platforms. This role combines hands-on test automation, manual and exploratory testing, defect analysis, and release validation, ensuring reliable software delivery while building scalable quality practices and automation frameworks across engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with strong expertise in both manual testing and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, exploratory, and release validation testing methodologies.
- Ability to write and maintain code in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, or Java, with experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of API testing, SQL, defect management, test planning, and validation of complex business workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset and focus on delivering high-quality software.
