Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation or software testing
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation
- Experience with API and UI test automation
- Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach to daily work
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Kafka message streaming platform
- Experience with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring
- Experience with Jira and qTest
- Background in building test automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience with release management processes
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or payments domain
