We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Data Engineer to support a large-scale digital banking programme focused on the end-to-end home-buying journey across the Nordic markets.

The role is focused on implementing the Test Data Management strategy and building scalable, automated solutions that ensure reliable test data is available on demand. You will work closely with testers, developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts, supporting automated, integration and end-to-end testing across multiple teams and non-production environments.

8+ years of professional experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation or related areasStrong hands-on experience with Test Data Management solutions and automated test data provisioningKnowledge of mainframe environments and system setupsVery good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and database conceptsExperience with data extraction and transformation, test data generation, masking, cloning and subsettingScripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java or a similar languageExperience supporting automated, integration and end-to-end testingGood understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practicesExperience with test automation and synthetic data generation toolsExperience working in Agile environmentsEnglish at B2 level or higher
Nice to have:
Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix or Informatica TDMExperience with API testingKnowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platformsExperience with AI-assisted test data generationExperience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testingPrevious experience in the financial services or banking sector
