Senior Test Engineer

Job Description:

The ideal candidate is well versed in software testing methodologies experienced in 5G/4G wireless/cellular technologies, and comfortable using PC applications written in .NET and/or JAVA environment. The individual must have strong communication skills and the ability to turn business requirements into technical design specifications for developers, create a project plan, and test the final software.

• Strong aptitude in solution architecture – The candidate will be well versed in leading technical conversations and an expert in implementing testing strategies
• Must be passionate about system and device log reviews and automating user interaction tasks
• A strong working knowledge of wireless specifications within 3GPP/2
• Working knowledge of wireless test equipment interfaces from leading providers such as Rohde & Schwarz, Keysight, etc.,
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Android, and embedded system design
• Understanding SDR technologies, 5G/4G and IMS call processing flows, TCP/UDP protocols and network protocol analyzer tools such as Wireshark is a must
• Ideal candidate is one with experience in test systems in the wireless industry or similar industry. Experience with mobile operating systems and/or wireless technologies including 5G
